Huma Gro® products are produced with our exclusive, proprietary Micro Carbon Technology ™ which renders an ultra-fine molecular structure. History
Huma Gro® was created in 1973 by scientists who discovered a unique Leonardite deposit (soft or oxidized coal material). Humates are naturally occurring, nutrient-rich derivatives of decomposed or oxidized plant matter. In the early years, this highly oxidized Leonardite displayed unique characteristics and properties when applied as a dust to farm fields, by improving both soil fertility and plant nutrient uptake.
Proprietary Extraction Process
Today, Huma Gro® products rely on a well-established, time-tested proprietary extraction process to get useful organic acids, ultra-fine carbons, soluble minerals and other beneficial components from our Leonardite - we call it Micro Carbon Technology™. Over the years, scientists and researchers at Bio Huma Netics, Inc.® (BHN®) have developed products in which the base materials found in our Leonardite can improve soils, plants, and even treat wastewater.
